What are our products?

Fried oysters are a popular Japanese food

A popular home-style dish in Japan, our fried oysters are made with Claire Oysters from Hiroshima, which are coated with additive-free breadcrumbs and deep-fried in oil. The oysters used are grown without the use of any pesticides, which make them both tasty and environmentally friendly.

We use only the highest-quality Hiroshima Claire Oysters

Oysters that have been grown in the sea for a certain period of time and then raised in ponds built on former salt fields are called Claire Oysters. They cannot be grown without the necessary conditions for cultivation, such as location and environment. Farm Suzuki is the only producer in Japan.

We use only the latest refrigeration technology for maximum freshness

Oysters and kuruma prawns are flash frozen immediately after landing at Farm Suzuki in Hiroshima Prefecture. By using "Tomin," a state-of-the-art liquid freezer machine made in Japan, we are able to deliver our products to our customers in the freshest condition.

In addition to fried oysters, we also have a wide selection of raw oysters, fish and chips, and kuruma prawns products

We craft products using oysters and luxury kuruma prawns. With the exception of our deep-fried products, our food can be eaten raw as sashimi by thawing under running water.

Growing oysters in a former salt field

We are the only company in Japan that cultivates oysters using former salt fields. This is the same cultivation method used in France

Low risk of norovirus

The water in the ponds where our oysters are cultivated is groundwater. Thorough safety management ensures healthy, disease-free oysters

Clear and mild taste

Oysters grown on a diet of plankton native to the ponds are rich in minerals and have a distinct unctuous taste

Environmentally friendly growing environment

No chemicals are used in the aquaculture process. In addition, by cultivating prawns and clams at the same time, we are striving to preserve the ecosystem of the ponds used
